  • Can I join the Fabulous Wine Club without a restaurant sponsor code?
    No
  • Which states are licensed to receive wine shipments?
    Our Shipping Map shows the states where we are currently licensed for shipments, or are in the process of being licensed. The states not licensed are marked "prohibited." We are currently unable to ship to Canada.
  • What if I get a wine that I don't like or just doesn't taste right?
    We guarantee your satisfaction with every wine you receive from Fabulouse Wine Club. Occasionally, you may discover a bottle which has not traveled well. Tell us. We'll replace it or reimburse the purchase price.
  • What if I no longer want to be a member? Are there penalties?
    You may discontinue your membership in Fabulous Wine Cub whenever you wish simply by contacting us via email at info@fabulouswineclub.com. There are no penalties or fees for cancelling.
  • Can I put my monthly shipments on hold when I go on vacation?
    To delay or skip a shipment simply email to info@fabulouswineclub.com. You will not be billed for wine which you do not receive.
  • Will you provide my contact information to other companies?
    Fabulous Wine Club does not share, rent, or disclose any of your contact infrmation to other companies, with the exception of our shippers, which may use your email address to send you important tracking information.
  • Does Fabulous Wine Club protect the membership information I provide
    Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to fully protect your privacy and any information you provide when ordering wine online, including credit card number, name and address, and any personal data. We collect only the information you choose to provide and we never make that information available to any third parties interested in contacting you without your consent. Any information you share with us will be used solely to service your membership.
